Shipping & Returns

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@kidsplay.com.au 

 

Things to note:

  • Delivery days do not include the date of dispatch (i.e. Dispatch to ACT on Monday, count 4-7 working days from Tuesday).
  • ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC city metro areas delivery times 2-5 business days.
  • Perth Metro delivery times normally 5-8 business days.
  • WA and NT should contact us for the best delivery quote and timings. 
  • Metropolitan areas may have quicker delivery time
  • Smaller items may experience a quicker delivery time

  

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos info@kidsplay.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that the goods are not of a satisfactory quality, are damaged or defective or you wish to return goods for any reason within the terms of this contract, you need to follow the returns policy.

Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases. Please ensure that our office are notified as soon as you become aware of any shortages or defects in the delivery.

Please contact our customer service team should you notice any issues or defects with your product, our team will deal with each case based on its merits and depending on the circumstances will either offer to refund or exchange a product provided if it is in a fully re-saleable condition. Products should be returned within 28 days, in original undamaged packaging, with all the parts, accessories and instructions.

Kids Play Australia reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.

Kids Play Australia also reserves the right to charge your delivery fee for collecting goods from your premises, including an additional $13 fee for all collections in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order or changed your mind. Your statutory rights are not affected.
